viastore supports "Förderkreis für krebskranke Kinder" in Stuttgart with generous donation
Donation instead of Christmas party
Last year, Stuttgart-based intralogistics expert viastore had planned a big Christmas party with a colorful supporting program for more than 200 employees. However, due to the pandemic, the party had to be cancelled. The management team led by CEO Philipp Hahn-Woernle then decided to donate the budget planned for the party to the "Förderkreis krebskranke Kinder e.V. Stuttgart". The association has been committed to helping children and young people with cancer and their families in Stuttgart and the surrounding area since 1982.
"The majority of employees subsequently also decided against a digital Christmas party, which we offered as a substitute," reports Philipp Hahn-Woernle. In the end, this raised a total donation of €10,000, which was handed over to the association.
