Certified key user training
In the case of a larger number of employees or special processes, it is recommended that viastore SOFTWARE trains key users who will then in turn train their colleagues as disseminators.
This not only reduces your costs for staff training, but also produces in-house experts who are thoroughly familiar with the operation of your system, especially with regard to company-specific processes and structures. After completion of the courses (Matrix – “K” or training module “KEY”), the trained key users will receive a certificate.
Duration: All user training courses are 1-day seminars lasting from 09.00 – 17.00, an exception being the key user compact training course which is a 3-day seminar, each from 09.00 – 17.00.
Participation fee for user training courses: 795 € plus VAT per day/participant
