Conditions for participation and general terms and conditions for viadat training courses
§1 Registration
Registrations must be made in writing by post or e-mail (training@viastore.com). Upon registering, please indicate the requested date and participant names.
§2 Course fees
The fees can be found in our viastore training catalog and include the booked course, snack, lunch and drinks. Other costs, such as travel and accommodation expenses, have to be borne by the participant. All listed prices are net prices, excluding VAT. The fee is stated in the booking confirmation and applies per participant. The training fee will be invoiced after the course and is due for payment immediately upon receipt.
§3 Cancellation
Cancellation or rebooking is only possible in writing by mail or e-mail. No fees will be charged for cancellations made up to three weeks before the start of the course. In the event of a later cancellation or rebooking up to one week before the start of the training course, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the net price. In the event of a later cancellation or non-attendance on the course day, 100% of the net price of the fees will be charged.
viastore SOFTWARE reserves the right to cancel a training course with fewer than two participants. If the instructor is unavailable, the course will be postponed or cancelled. In this case, any prepaid fees will be refunded in full. Further claims such as loss of working hours, travel and accommodation costs cannot be asserted against viastore SOFTWARE.
§4 Times and course location
The courses take place in the training center of viastore SOFTWARE, Magirusstr. 13, 70469 Stuttgart, Germany. The course times for the booked training day are from 09.00 – 17.00.
§5 Liability
a) viastore SOFTWARE GmbH accepts no liability for accidents or damage incurred during a training course, the associated outward and return journey, the loss of or damage to clothing and/or the materials and technical learning and teaching equipment provided.
b) Participation in training courses at viastore SOFTWARE GmbH or its partners is voluntary and at your own risk.
c) The use of data carriers brought along is expressly prohibited. If viastore SOFTWARE GmbH suffers any damage as a result of violation to this rule, viastore SOFTWARE GmbH reserves the right to assert claims for this damage.
§6 Data protection
We attach the highest priority to the protection of your personal data and its confidential treatment. The processing of your personal data takes place exclusively within the framework of the statutory provisions of data protection law, in particular the General Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter “DSGVO”).
